Stretching & Conditioning

Are you ready to sweat? In this class, you will build up your strength and endurance through a series of calisthenics and aerobic exercises. You will also improve your flexibility through a variety of stretching exercises. This class is a multi-level class and will challenge everyone from the beginner to the advanced dance student.

We recommend that all students take Stretching & Conditioning as a way to get into optimum shape for whatever style of dance they participate in.
